Gladstone’s Absolute Homes won a Queensland State Award for the Best Individual Home ($701,000 to $1 million category) in 2009 while, in 2013, the same builder won Best Display Home ($276,000 to $375,000 category) and President’s Award for one particular home. The latter award goes to the home adjudged to represent the best value for money. Emerald’s Corbett Homes won the QMBA State award in 2013 for Best Individual Home ($776,000 to $1 million category) while, in the same year, another of our licensed builders won the QMBA State award for Best Heritage Style Home.
